Aspen Lodge Bar & Grill
About This Spot
Stepping into Aspen Lodge Bar & Grill feels like discovering a hidden gem nestled within the heart of Westminster — a place where warmth and personality shape every corner. The moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed by the gentle hum of friendly conversations blending with the soft glow of vintage music memorabilia, creating an inviting, relaxed atmosphere that encourages lingering long after the first bite or sip.
This isn’t your typical bar & grill; it’s a lively neighborhood haven where the pace feels unhurried, and the vibe is perfectly balanced between comfort and spirited energy. You’ll find yourself drawn to the cozy booths and well-worn wooden accents that tell stories of many shared meals and casual celebrations. It’s the sort of spot where new friends can form over a carefully crafted Bloody Mary or a hand-poured beer, while longtime regulars settle into familiar rhythms and favorite dishes.
The menu here unfolds like a personal invitation to savor thoughtful, hearty flavors with unexpected touches that surprise and delight. Whether you’re diving into a gyro burger paired with crisp handcut fries or starting your day with a breakfast burrito that’s anything but ordinary, each dish carries a sense of genuine care and tradition. You might notice the subtle nods to global influences—from Turkish dolma to Philly cheesesteak sandwiches—that speak to the owner’s commitment to bringing authentic, diverse flavors to the table without ever rushing the experience.
It’s not just the food that makes Aspen Lodge stand apart; it’s the human moments woven into the fabric of the place. The owner’s approachable warmth and the sense of genuine hospitality make you feel less like a guest and more like part of an extended family gathering. Whether you arrive early or settle in late, there’s a welcoming spirit that invites you to slow down, savor your surroundings, and truly enjoy the company around you.
For those who value a space where carefully curated atmosphere meets comfort-food charm, Aspen Lodge Bar & Grill offers a quietly memorable experience—one that blends the familiar with a touch of discovery, and quiet camaraderie with spirited celebration, all under one welcoming roof.

This is by far, the best Iron Maiden/Skiing/Christmas/Vintage Stereo Receiver themed bar and restaurant in all of Westminster. Food is *excellent*, large portions, and fairly priced. Drinks are pricey though, which is the only thing preventing you from staying forever.

My wife and I finally tried this legendary place and it surpassed expectations. Yes, the Philly is the best in Denver. Having been to Philadelphia many times, this Philly is as good and, I think, even better. The fries, wow. Special. The owner, Mesut, is one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. The atmosphere and decor is a perfect compliment of personality to an amazing meal. Do NOT pass on varying this Denver cultural gem.

Was visiting from OKC, we wanted to stop at a locally owned place and were not disappointed. Incredible vibe, awesome decorations, good drinks, amazing food! Was here on a quiet monday night. Would love to see the place on a friday night with live music!

This place is so amazing!! Miguel is wonderful and the food was really good. Jalapeño poppers were delicious and of course the cheesesteak was great! Loved the inside decor too. Could have stayed and hungout for a long time!

I was looking for a quality lunch for my son and I. Noticed the high reviews, and most definitely, this is a GREAT place to dine. Food was stellar, Philly’s were perfect (should have grabbed a second to go!) and the beer buckets were cold and cheap!! Love this place, owner is a very nice gentleman. I showed up 15 minutes before they opened, and he invited me to a seat while he fully opened up. Wish we had this place in Parker, I’d be there weekly! Must try them out, it’s an excellent experience!!

Was our first time stopping in. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. You can have a full conversation without scream over anyone/anything. Was blessed enough to meet the father/ daughter duo tonight. Service was incredible from both of them. I had the Aspen Burger and my husband got the Philly. We absolutely loved the home made food. Also had Mac N Chesse bites and Baklava, they are 100% homemade. Can’t wait to come back again.

If you're looking for a local place with great food and a cool atmosphere, Aspen Lodge Bar & Grill is somewhere you need to check out. It's a hidden gem in a little unassuming shopping center in Westminster. I went for the Philly Cheese-steak and really enjoyed the vibe. When you walk in, you're greeted with Iron Maiden Videos on multiple screens, Multiple, fully decorated Christmas trees and dozens of Skis covering the walls and ceiling. Plus some interesting/creepy dolls/elves? The Owner and his daughter were extremely friendly and we had a good time chatting with them. The story is great and the food was excellent. The Philly Cheesesteak was one of the best I've had and Teresa said her Fish n Chips were good also. The Turkish Baklava for desert was also excellent. Support a local non-chain restaurant. Stop by Aspen Lodge for great food and cool vibes. ( Update: It was so good, we went back a second time for lunch before we had to come home. Also note: They don't open until 12. )
